If I have time to eat at home, I add eggs to a ziploc, add veggies (spinach, toms, olives, S&P) whatever you want. Mix in the baggie, put in boiling water for 10 mins and ta-da an omelet.

I feel it allows me to work out more efficiently. I can run/jog (5 to 6 mph) or walk at a very high incline (3 mph 12+ incline) and my heart rate will be the same. I'd much rather walk :) Plus it's motivating to see the cals burn go up and uppp!

I know some women who don't wear any bra when they work out... the thought of no bra makes me cringe lol

I wear two bras... A non-underwire one and a snug sports bra. It's very comfy and doesn't bother me at all. They ain't moving!

I always tip and I usually OVER tip. Especially since I like my artist a LOT and he does awesome work. Usually 20$-$40+. Depends on the price/size/time/detail etc.
