no weight loss again this week.. 3 weeks at 225 which is increadable compared to 400 feeling blessed to have lost all I have and I never worry about it but I miss having weekly losses

My words for those who are depressed thinking they are going to die I have been there and now I get told awesome things I had a family member say wow are you really that tiny (looking at Jeans) I am wearing a size 16 which is a plus size! lol

As of last week I had lost 170 lbs I have slowed down but feel great and want my new healthy life I need to kick my exercise back in gear but I am so happy!

I had a great day seeing friends who have not seen my in a long time so shocking to them!! I have been having a great time shocking and surprising friends and family this is hard work I am up for the task

So far I am 18 & 1/2 months into this and my longest was 6 weeks but I lost 150 lbs with no break so I was okay with it since the break I have begun to loos about 1 lb every 2 weeks and it is going in the right direction I still would like to loos about 90 more lbs but happy still
