I had wls lost 143 lbs in 14 months I have about 1/4 of my hair left What I can say increase protein take biotin use a keratin shampoo take a multivitamin everyday good luck!!

I like it for me it is usually pretty accurate I had A LOT!!!! of weight to lose and still do! so that might be different

I had a dietician say only special occasions bday holidays etc so far I have only done it once I eat 5-6 small meals and have a protein shake daily

Can VSG people join I really need to get back in my exercise routine!!

Personally I have had the best luck by eating 3 meals and 2-3 snacks depending on my calorie level

I recently had VSG (vertical sleeve gastrectomy) WLS weight loss surgery I am on every day I have an open Diary I have lost some weight with alot of weight to lose I need friends that do not care I had surgery. I will accept any one as a friend just remember that I can not eat like a normal person
