yeah! happy to WI today!!!! 4pounds GONE!!!!! i think thanks to TOM last week there was a little extra this week along with trying to make the goal of 360min and 2500cal burn i ended up doing 311min and 2589cal burned for the week! this week i will try and do better :)

wow! everyone is dropping like flies around here guess that means i am doing a horrible motivating job! i will post weights tomorrow to let anyone else get their weights in. i have 1.2lbs gone this week im happy about that seeing that horrible monster greeted me again this month. hope next week goes better! i am not sure…

While my MIL was here we went to have Sushi. Of course they didn't have brown rice rolls. I was a little let down by that. Ate ok. i didn't overindulge and really enjoyed my seaweed salad. Andrea- you cant stop now! you have done great so far 9 lbs thats awesome! this month make a low, mid and high goal for yourself. I made a goal of i want to lose 5lbs this month, striving for 10lbs and an ultimate goal of losing 15lbs for the month but realistically we should only lose 1lb a week by the "recommended" way…
