I am also a morning person.During the fall and winter i work out at 4 am to get it done before leaving for work.Even while Im home during the summer Im up at the break of dawn getting my morning jog in.Something about the break of dawn that I love and it energizes me for the rest of the day.Its really nothing like it...

What did you eat?...it will come off.Just drink alot of water.

I tried it and i dropped about five pounds but it made my period MIA.I didn't know what to do.So to me if that going to mess with the natural rhythm of my body i dont like it.Just eat small meals over the course of the day.
