When I was living in the dorms I would eat special K, now I eat corn flakes with bananas cut up in it :) Yummmm

Mine seem to have gotten bigger...or maybe more perky? Haha, I don't know you could always try some pectoral muscle exercises!

If you're short be careful, the handles you hold that swing can really hurt your back! I'm 5'4 and it was too much for me so I hold the stationary handles in the middle. I don't do the elliptical often but the people I know that do really seem to like it!

Most of those girls are probably not naturally thin, I'm sure a lot of them work out and eat right just like you are doing! Don't worry about what other people are thinking because honestly they are probably not judging you even though they are looking your way. I drive by people running on the road all the time and watch…

I wouldn't take that stuff to the cafeteria but maybe that's just me. It is not hard to stay in shape in college, it turned out to be the opposite for me. A gym is close by, friends typically like to go together and besides the first day no one really treats the cafeteria like a all you can eat buffet. I am maintaining in…

4 egg whites with cheese and salsa and two slices of whole wheat toast, one topped with peanut butter, brown sugar and raisins and the other with strawberry jam :) Not my healthiest breakfast, hehehe >:)

I think I eat better when I log what I eat before I eat it, or RIGHT after so I know where I stand on calories/fat/sugars/etc. Also I think it helps to start off the weekends with exercise in the morning.

I don't consider myself to be on a diet, I eat what I want and log so I can become more conscientious of what I eat but don't restrict anything. That being said I can down a jar of salsa with some chips or moose tracks ice cream drizzled with peanut butter and topped with roasted peanuts, yummmmmm-o!

I'm 5'4, weigh 114 lbs and wear a size 2/4 depending on the store

Okay, thank you all! :) I used to run in XC and track and high school so maybe I am just missing the competition.

Go to the part that says number of servings, click then and put 1/2

Lentils and beans and quinoa! Also tempeh packs quite a protein punch. Spinach and raisins are packed with iron

On the weekends I might have a few beers. During the week I sometimes have a glass of wine with my dinner, but this happens maybe once or twice a week.

I buy veggies (squash, mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomatoes, avocados, beans, lentils etc.), bread (cheapest whole wheat grain), dairy (yogurt, eggs), The key is to integrate high calorie foods such as nuts and beans and rice with all of the veggies. If you end up buying pre-prepared food you are going to spend a lot more.…

I used to get that all the time on long runs! First, let it heal. Then buy some body glide (online, MC sports) and apply it where you chafe. This helped a LOT for me, hopefully it will for you as well :)

I'm 5'3 and a half, close enough! :) I am at 115 now and have been weening myself off of MFP for a couple months. My goal weight is 113 and I think I can do another two pounds on my own without all the calorie counting. I know a lot of people that are 5'3 and look great from 110 lbs to 140 lbs, all depends on if you have a…

1/2 cup oatmeal, tbsp brown sugar and 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, yummmm

Am I the only yooper? I am from downstate but attend college way up here, feel free to add me :)

Add me! I've been running for several years now and have done quite a few races :)

For me binging is when I cannot stop eating until I have stomach pain. Everything sounds good, I usually eat a little of everything, bagel, chips, pancakes, granola bars, cheese and crackers. Haven't done this for YEARS though, thank goodness!
-
Pie. And bagels. I had them both today and already have a headache.
-
19, feel free to add me as well :)

Feel free to add me as well, I typically log everyday.

I eat a half a bar of chocolate everyday, I love it too much and the dark kind is good for you! I usually half it with my tea and break it up into smaller pieces so it lasts longer and I can really enjoy it instead of just devouring it in a couple minutes, and the tea fills me up so I don't want more. :) Hope this helps!

I've been running since high school and my mind still tells me to stop. I think running with a friend of iPod makes it easier to keep going. I think boredom gets my mind roaming and I start to think about my breathing and pace and how I don't want to be doing this anymore! Best advice is to just get out and do it, it's…

Yes! Kind of, I rarely go over my calories and don't plan to today but lent is over and it's time for some cookies! :)

Hi! I'm a Biology major, I live in the dorms but next year I will have my own house and be able to cook for myself. Eating good foods when your cafeteria is a buffet is really hard :( Feel free to add me, I'm going to need some motivation when final week hits :o
-
I like plain oatmeal with walnuts, sunflower seeds, pecans, brown sugar, raisins and cranberries. YUM
-
Nope. Fats don't make you fat, eating too many calories makes you gain weight.

I usually do 7 days a week, unless I'm unable to. I have a couple days where the intensity is very low though, so these are like rest days for me.
