Well, I really don't like taking them for one. But, the more practical reason is that I've been trying to switch my sleeping to days rather than nights for my new job, and I've been really unsure when to take them, so I end up not taking them at all. Which I know, horrible reason, right? But, that's what's happened.

Well, I don't know what I'm going to do for Thanksgiving. My weight is up from lack of sleep, schedule change, and eating to keep up my energy (plus some) I'll do what I can to turn it around so that hopefully by Thanksgiving, I can be at a decent weight.

Well, I would say that it depends on your weight and body fat, but more than likely, it's not healthy for you to be eating so few calories. And even if you are missing an appetite to eat that much, it still might be unhealthy. When I had an eating disorder, I was never hungry. I could barely get myself to eat 300-500…
