Alright, so honestly I have been weighing everyday, and I ate a lot yesterday, so today's weigh in was about a pound and a half extra from yesterday's weigh in. And just so it's clear, this diet is meant to bring about a lifestyle change, it's not meant to be a quick fix type thing. Yay! I was able to figure out the new thread. Okay, so, I am 5'4", shooting for 130 pounds. I've been there before and maintained it pretty well, although 135 or 140 might be easier for maintenance. I like to amp things up though. :)

So, I was up a little bit this morning....162.4 from 162.0. But I know that was because of some major eating and drinking at a birthday party on Friday night. This week...I'm getting back on track. Whoot!

I try to plan my calories/exchanges for every meal, but I generally don't have an exact meal plan. I used to do this and it really helped in keeping weight steady...so perhaps I'll have to switch to that again.

Alright! I'm ready! Just got done doing a 30 minute training session for Couch to 5K! My first one! Fun fun....tonight I might just do some more walking, but as soon as I get caught up with my homework, I'm going to start up P90X again. Yeah yeah!

Ugh...terribly night for eating last night....don't know how much I ate, had five drinks. It was a friend's birthday party and there was tons of food and booze. Hopefully I can work off whatever I ate at work today.
