Also I read that agave is low on the glycemic index which is good for keeping blood sugar level. I think it is suggested for those who have diabetes.

I use organic agave nectar all the time. It dissolves in cold liquids better than honey. I mix it with unfiltered apple cider vinegar and orange juice in the AM as a healthy start to my day. My two boys (one is picky) love drinking it too! My experience is that it is plenty sweet ( I can only use a tiny bit in my drink)…

I enjoy reading all of the Bragg books (start with Bragg Healthy Lifestyle). Hard to believe that they got it so right so many years ago! Promoting clean eating since the 1940's! Sometimes they get a little "rainbow and butterfly" on you, but the logic is strong and the advice is sound.

You can survive off of a lot of things, but seems like that would be hard to sustain over the long run. Maybe do it one or 2 days a week to make things easier.

Good luck, I've looked into them and not found any that do what I want. I bought a Polar one at one time thinking it would do the job but after reading a bunch of negative reviews regarding the step functions, I returned it unopened. Let us know what you find out, I haven't looked at them in the past 6 months or so to see…
