Continue with a combo of cardio and strength training. You should work on your biceps, triceps, deltoids, shoulders. I usually pick a day, two times a week to do just upper body. If all else fails, doing push ups are the perfect exercise!

Binge eating ruins me too. In extreme times of stress, or during that awful monthly visitor. Its tough to prevent, but I know I can do it. Any of you can add me for support. Thanks!

Yes, this happens to me every month! But on day 2 of the period I lose it back. It must be bloating from water weight. Limit salty foods, drink lots of water and continue to work out to the best of your ability. Let us know how it goes after its gone. =)

If it is not mealtime, try drinking a cup of coffee. Caffeine tends to keep hunger at bay for a while. Also, if you are absolutely starving, maybe your last meal was too small. Drinking lots of water. When that gets boring, I add lemon or lime to it, or very little gatorade powder. I do have at least 1 diet soda daily. I have been sticking to diet Coke made with Splenda. If I drink, its usually just 1 glass of red wine, once or twice a week. Good luck!
