What is your net? If you're falling under 1200 on your net you're likely to lose slowly. Eat and stay hydrated.

Can you open your diary? It sounds like you aren't eating enough. You are burning say 500-700 with Zumba each time. If your only eating 1220 then you are only actually getting 520-720 calories. Your body is starving!

Do you have a smartphone? If so it makes it easier, plus you can just scan barcodes and it will put it in. It's great. Once you get the hang of it then it will become second nature.

Up your fiber and Protein. You're eating some really high calorie meals that aren't very filling and are burning off quickly because of the high carbohydrate/fat content. More fiber filled foods will stick with you longer as will protein.

Reading that my daughter just wants her mom to ride the roller coasters with her. She thinks it's due to my fear of heights. Ugh, the humiliation of figuring out that you don't exactly fit. Seriously, I don't see myself as this body.
