I'd say cover a baking pan with tin foil, spray with some pam put on your seasoning, bake in the oven for about 350 15-20 minutes until the fish gets flaky and you are ready to eat sounds super yummy. I don't think you have to do a lot to fish and the seasoning you have sounds good

i'm actually hoping to get my first tat here within the next week or so i agree go to someone who has a good reputation and look at their work. as far as the pain from what i hear it is different for everyone but everyone i know said it's not that bad

i have a short attention span lol so that's why I asked. 10 lbs in one week that is awesome! I may seriously have to check out this program with results like that I'm sure that would keep my attention/

I'm on day 6 of workout one and by day 3 i thought i was going to die lol it does get better but i cheated and watched the second one and i'm scared lol but i'm not going to give up! Great job everyone!

that is awesome Tina! i try to get up and workout before the family but it's not happened yet so i settle for working out during the day while they are at school and in the afternoons! I'm striving to add more in the am so maybe it will happen! Welcome to the club!
