Try upping your calories to 1500. It sounds counter productive but so many times it does work. You are doing a lot everyday. Your body just may need more fuel. Also make sure you are drinking enough. It'll happen. : )

2500 mgs of salt is about 2/3 of a teaspoon. It's the recommended daily upper limit. If your diary was open someone could help you figure out what happened. Perhaps the friends who told you about MFP. : )

You can do it with a regular blender. Using frozen fruit and just enough milk to allow the blades to mix it up. It saves the price of another appliance and the space one takes up as well.

YES!!! THIS!!! If people would look at actual research. And not only go by what they 'hear' The Water Only Counts' myth would go away. It was de-bunked almost as soon as it became a 'thing' A cup of coffee in = a cup of coffee out. As is true for Any ingested liquid. Or food that is mostly liquid.

I can get those groceries for about $12. Still more filling and healthier than the 'frozen box' food. That being said I shop carefully and eat very well on $40 a week.

The list is way out of whack. If it showed my most used, it would Not list the three it has at the top. I think the whole list should show up as one. There's no real point of having one page listed as Favourites. Especially if it isn't correct. :tongue:

Canada here. We use mostly cups. Generally cups interchageably for liquid and dry measure. Measuring spoons for smaller amounts. It always works. A cup is an eight ounce measure. I agree with the previous postings. Also as much as possible ensure that your calories contain as much food value as possible. That's one point I have noticed that a lot of people miss. Jessica Seinfeld has a cook book. Deceptively Delicious. She shows lots of ways to 'hide' vegetables in food so you don't even know they're there. She developed these to get her kids eating vegetables. I use her book all the time. I'm eating a lot more veggies this way.:smile:
