For 1 month I tracked both WW and MFP. The calories that MFP set me at was equal to the same WW points I was allowed. Best of all MFP is free. The only thing I miss is the weekly weigh-ins and group meetings. Best of luck to you :smile:

I hated running at first but the more I done it the easier it got and I found that I love it. I have completed a 5K---a major accomplishment that I never thought I would ever do. Try running 1 day a week and walking the others :happy:
