I like to take frozen spinach, and pulverize it in my food processor. It works great in casseroles. I especially like it in lasagna. I mix the spinach in with the low fat ricotta cheese. It works wonders when feeding picky children.

Not to toot my own horn, but I'm an awesome baker. I can't resist my own baked goods. Brownies, chocolate chip cookies, coconut cream pie... Mmmm. I actually make sure to save calories for dessert every day. My day just doesn't seem complete without it.

I eat a coco loco almost every day. It's so good. Totally worth the 240 in my opinion.

We do eat buffalo over here. I prefer to use it in meatballs. I don't enjoy the texture of buffalo in a burger. I don't know why.

I have the wii fit u, and I love it. It has a personal trainer setting. So I can just put down how long I want to work out. Or how many calories I'm looking to burn, and it goes automatically. It really keeps your heart rate up when you don't have to keep stopping to switch games. I highly recommend it. I find myself on…

You inspired me. I just made some sweet potato fries. 5 oz sweet potato cut into fry like shape. 1 tsp coconut oil, sprinkle of cinnamon, and sprinkle of salt. Bake at 425 10 mins flip over and bake for 10 mins again. Crazy good! Switching the cinnamon out for black pepper if you like a little kick.

Tonight I had a grape outshine bar. So good, and only 60 calories. Made with real fruit juice. I can't stand artificial sweeteners so I love these bars!
