What's your body fat %? It seems like you are in a healthy BMI, but you could still have a high body fat %. I would mainly focus on adding strength training (like most of the other people have said)

I eat lots of those but I haven't noticed an increase in gas. My BMs have become pretty dang regular, and frequent (not TOO frequent)

I was my biggest in highschool. I played tennis and hockey but ate WAY too much (thanks dad!). Once I went to college I slimmed down. Good idea. I think you'll be golden. I'm still a huge fan of swimming, so if you haven't tried it and you have access to a pool, I still recommend it.

My favorite exercise is swimming. I love being in water and I never have a 'bad' workout My least favorite exercise is bench press. No matter how much I do it I never really feel an improvement. (Pretty weak bench for a guy my size/weight). Also dips tend to hurt my shoulders before I feel muscle fatigue

It's petty tough to build your cardiovascular system without doing cardio ;-) I would suggest swimming/biking. Swimming will help immensely with the breathing/pacing and also is a great every-muscle workout. Biking will help focus on your legs. It seems like you'd like to stay away from running, but I would do sprints.…

I usually weight myself about twice a day. I expect variation so I look at the average more.

I work out at 12 during my lunch break, and then usually again in the evening. I loved working out in the morning because it makes me make better decisions throughout the day, but I hate waking up early.
