Thanks everyone, for responding! I can be pretty good at motivating others at times but we all need that push ourselves every once and a while!

I did Insanity and completed the program (all 60 days). It does take a lot of space and there is a lot of jumping involved but it killed A LOT of the fat on my body pretty effectively. I did it before I started tracking food on MFP but Insanity helped me lose 20 pounds. LOVED IT! =)

Your body will get used to the new movements and the usage of different muscle groups in another week. I didn't want to continue with it either but think about what you're working towards: you deserve the body that you want and a few weeks of pain shouldn't be able to hold you back from years of looking great and being…
