  • thanks, I can't figure it out either. :'(
  • Thanks everyone! I didn't think the picture was posting. I can't see it for some reason. New to posting pictures in here...
  • I think when you do cardio like Shaun T's Insanity versus the elliptical machine there's a difference. That kind of cardio will increase your strength as well and you will most likely burn more calories since it's more intense.
  • ^^^^Well said
  • You definitely need to get more protein and less packaged food. You probably need to eat about 1800 calories a day. I can help you more with this tomorrow. :)
  • Sorry, got off for a bit & won't be on much longer. Gotta get the kiddies in bed. I'll look at your diary...
  • Well, you're definitely in one of the great places to get support! I've found out how much of a difference it makes to have a group of people to talk with about your daily gains/struggles. I'm on my second round of P90X and each time I joined a challenge group. It has made all the difference in the world to keep me…
  • I can send you some information to help you figure out what your calories should be. It's a bit much to post here. :) You need to have a 500 cal/day deficit to lose one pound a week. But you will need to add 500 calories to be sure you're getting enough nourishment for bf, since bf burns 500 cal/day. :)
  • Always love connecting with people on the same journey as I am. On my second round of P90X and loving it! Sending you a request now.
  • Wow, what a great story! You've been through a lot! But you have the right attitude & sound like you're on the right track to turn things back around for yourself! It's inspiring to hear you speak that way after what you've been through. We're the only ones who can do this for ourselves, no one will give it to us that's…
  • When I calculate my TDEE on the website I use I was told not to include any exercise. Otherwise it will give you too many calories. You do need a 500 calorie defecit per day to lose 1 pound a week. Feel free to contact me if you need any help. :)
  • That's great! Push yourself but don't hurt yourself lol. If you can't do atleast 12-15 reps with the heavier weight then wait to switch till you can. You always want higher reps to tone. Good luck! :)
  • If you eat whole/slow foods mostly then it sounds like it's your workout that you need to change. The right workout makes all the difference. And you've got to push yourself harder with every workout. Try to do better each time. Maybe you need to up your weights in the program you're doing. That always helps me to get…
  • Everyone is always saying that belly fat is the last and hardest thing to go but I've lost over 6" in my waist & hips since I started working out. I've lost 31 pounds so far and have about 30 more to go. The workout program I do is the best! Works your butt off and it's fun. Never gets boring! Your nutrition is 80% of it!…
  • LOL! Same here! I look at it a different way though. It gives me more motivation to do better the next day. But I do need to lay off so I might hide mine till Sunday. ;)
  • Most definitely do P90X! It's changed my life! I'm on my second round right now. I lost 27 pounds, 27", and went from a size 20 to size 16!
