  • 1 wholemeal toasted pitta bread filled with meat/token green stuff (usually spinach), plus 2-3 pieces of fruit. Stays the same every day, with just a variation in fillings for the pitta, but it works for me, healthy, filling and cheap - and easy to prepare.
