Make sure your getting enough sleep. My weight loss stalled for a while because I wasnt recovering properly for the amount of workouts I was doing and I was sore all the time. Get 7-8hrs of sleep with everything else your doing. Good Luck!

Glutamine supplement is what you need. After my workout I use 2 scoops of ON whey powder with a scoop of met-rx glutamine powder with 2 tbsp of BlackStrap Molasses. That's 14grams of glutamine after workout and before bed then you will be back to delicious in the morning!

If your eating at a deficit eat your workout calories back if your eating at TDEE then let you exercise be your deficit and do not eat your calories back but do NOT do both.

I've seen that type of weight loss plenty of times with extreme diets suck as atkins or hormone diets but until you see how they look naked one could never really no.

I wouldn't recommend trying to learn martial arts from a video or a book and especially no forms since most people wouldn't know how to apply them.. Those are usually the people who give the various arts a bad name.

If it's not affecting your fat loss at then ignore it and keep doing what your doing but if your having problems moving the scale or body fat percentage I would recommend cutting back a little every week or two until you start seeing the change.

Go to stores heavily shopped by the Latin and/or asian community such a Bravo or Fancy fruits or whatever you may have in your area. Farmer markets are great also but I always get great deals at Latin based markets. 4 & 5lb mangos 1.50 lemons .20 bananas .34lb .99lb for ginger. Good luck
