I love that about Culvers website as well you can take off or put on just about anything you want on your sandwich and it will count the calories its been a life saver for me at work

yeah i hate that we only have 2 or 3 sides to chose from that are healthy (mashed potatoes, green beans and side salads) but i usually make my salad with extra cucumbers and tomatoes (love grape tomatoes) with raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Out of curiousity how many calories is a honey mustard wrap with grilled chicken?

I had the same problem with both exercise and eating dinners. My solution was to get up really early before I have to work (i usually get up between 5 or 6 now when I work at 8) and i started out with just walking/jogging a mile and slowly got more jogging than walking and added some pushup and sit ups. yeah ive noticed in the 4 weeks that ive been working out and 2 weeks of eating better how much more energy ive had. I went from 22 minutes for a mile to yesterday i did a mile in 13.5 minutes. Im loving the changes in myself that i see everyday

Thanks guys keep all the healthy options coming :) and apetty i know what you mean about quality testing, we make our custard fresh about 4 times a day and I just have to be the one that make's sure its running correctly :) but sadly now I have decided to give that title to someone else lol

Sounds very similar to me. I don't mind working out but my diet was absolutely horrible and also im new here too so id love be your friend and help you though your journey as well :)

I really don't like this season so far. Maybe it was because for the most part last season there was no prevalent game play that was right out in front of you. Not saying there wasn't any but for the most part people seemed to be there to lose weight not to play a the game and this season everyone is there to play the game…

I'm new here too and i love it. This site has been great for me so far and everyone is so helpful and nice. I have found that the calorie counter is much easier for me as well (my wife does the points thing and that just confuses me for some reason)
