Not new to MFP, but fairly new to the forums. Been a lurker for a long time. Lots of great info. I'm 39 and trying to get back into the groove of things after being less than dedicated over the last two years. Lost the oomph after back issues and knee surgery. Tired of being tired and need to get my mojo back after gaining…

I'm just getting back into a routine and have found that HASfit's beginner program is working well for me at the moment. I also do Kelly Coffey-Meyer's Your Healthy Back twice a week. Before I started with lower back/knee problems, I loved doing T25, PiYo, and running. The hardest part for me to deal with is that my body…

I'm in! I've been on MFP for around 4 years. I don't post, but browse the forums daily. Initially lost somewhere around 25 lbs. Stalled. Gained. Lost. Stalled again. Re-set my starting weight and goals. Back issues caused me to sideline exercise for roughly 8 months. I'm getting back on track and ready to shed some pounds.…

I suffer from panic attacks and generalized anxiety. I was on medication for a little over a year, but didn't like the side effects. After roughly 7 months of being off of the medication the panic attacks and anxiety started back up again. I did some research and found that there was a link between magnesium deficiency and…
