Just got thru L3D1. I had to do some of the modified versions but feels good to get thru it.

Took yesterday off from the Shred. Am starting L3D1 today. Will post about how it goes after I do it!

L2D10. I took my measurements again. I have lost 3 inches in the waist and 2 inches in the hips and 1/4th inch in the arms. Other areas stayed the same so far. But happy with those inches. Weight still the same.

L2D9 done! I received the new "shaker" weight for arms in the mail today. It includes a 6 minute video I will try doing it tonight.

Did L2D8 tonight after I got back from the gym. I usually do it in the mornings but this morning I didn't have time so I did that and my gym back to back. I also watched level 3 boy it looks like a killer! LOL. I also haven't dropped any weight since starting Shred but I am losing inches.

I've done L1 for 8 days so decided to try L2 today. Actually it wasn't as bad as I thought.

I took yesterday off being the 4th and all and usually it's a day I take off from the gym anyway. I did L1D8 today and then proceeded to watch L2 boy it looks real hard. Seems there are alot of plank moves which are hard for me because I tend not to have much upper arm strength. We'll in a few days I'll be trying L2 and…

I enjoyed this thread alot. Very useful and true information. I am at stage 5 right now. I have been at this weight more or less just a couple pounds for 4 months now. I would like to loose those 10 pounds but it seems like it is taking forever. Not given up on hope though.

L1D6 done. I look forward to doing the dvd in the morning. It is hard and I definately feel it working but it feels like such an accomplishment when I am done it. I go to the gym 5 days a week (2 x week weight training, 2 x week abs) and 30 to 60 minutes interval training on the treadmill, bike or elliptical each time. I…

Did L1D3. My whole body felt achy this morning so I know it's working! I decided to cut down to the 3 pounds weight today too. I think starting with 5 was overly ambitious LOL. It always feels good when I get thru the whole thing though. I'm still working out in the gym in the evenings too but this is kicking my butt! :D

Just bought the 30 Day Shred Workout today. I did day 1 level 1 and WOW! I bought some 5 pound weights to do with it.

I'd like to do the 30 day Shred! What kind of weights, etc do I need to purchase along with the dvd?

This sounds like fun. I also have an important event in about 45 days that I would love to look awesome for! Just curious, are there any things you need to buy with this video, like weights, etc? I don't own any at home.
