when i did my cardio day rather than 30ds i missed it like mad, might stick to 30ds and just rest every 1 day from 7 and see how i go, thanks

cant put my weight.. i tried and deleted it.. sorry I want to lose 14lb by Sept 5th height 5'6' I need to lose at least 3 stone but that is too big a number for me to think about so i am taking it 1 stone at a time...

Hi All, quick question... Do u do 30ds everyday? i read (i could be wrong) thats its 2 days 30ds 1 day cardio 2 days 30ds 1 day cardio then 1 rest day. what is everyone else doing? my husband and brother in law both insist a rest day is need for muscle repair...:huh:

HI My name is Jo, I started 30 day shred on friday, so i've done 30ds friday & saturday, sunday i did 40 mins cardio (shadow boxing) and back on 30ds last night and tonight... it hurt so much the 1st time but last nightfelt much easier, still felt sick when i was finished though! :-) I am trying to drop 14lbs b4 the kids…

Hi I'm Jo, I'm also a pescatarian, started at a vegetaerian and it just happened. I thought I knew as much as I needed to know about nutrition before I joined this site (4th day), I now realise I know very little! :blushing: I'm off to google fructose corn syrup!

oh no! i am on day 3, a vegeterian... didnt even watch my carbs, i've done very well at keeping within my calories but didnt even think about my carbs... feel so uneducated :-(
