Don't give it up. Just switch to some skim milk and either no sweetner, splenda if you must or agave. Just limit it and try to drink it black eventually (I find naturally flavored brew coffees I can drink black easily) But if you love it, don't give it up completely.

I had a turkey and provolone wrap. Whole wheat tortilla, oscar myers select applewood turkey, natural provolone cheese, a hand ful of mixed green salad and wrapped it up! Pretty delicious. If I had more time I would have added some tomato, and I should have added some avacado.

I don't think there is such a thing as over indulging in sushi! Well, unless it's the fried tempura kind, but tuna rolls are not near as bad as french fries! I'll def. be getting this in. Day 2 of Turbo Fire, it's about 40-50 minutes of cardio today!

If it starts smelling like something that's not yogurt, or looking like something that you'd find under your fridge then it may have gone bad. But the date is more or less the date that it has to be pulled from the shelf in the store. I'd say a couple days after won't hurt. :)

I have, and it's still a hit and miss for me. At work I can drink it black, but the first cup of the morning, I use a little less than a teaspoon of agave, and just enough skim milk for color. But I agree with your sip rule! Towards the end I was able to deal with it haha.

2 slices of natural wheat toast 1 slice of tomato 1 piece of low sodium turkey bacon 1 egg slightly scrambled Assembled it all into a sandwich and drank my coffee with a touch of milk and agave for 229 satisfying calories.

27 grams of fiber! Going to do my skipping after dinner settles. Did some healthy made taco's minus the taco seasonings to prevent sodium over load, sadly, still over (did not know how bad tortilla's were for you in sodium!) but only by a little.

I think I heard 25mg of fiber as well... and oh my... skipping. x.x I can do it no problems but I can just imagine trying to explain to my boyfriend as my dog is barking like crazy at the mad girl skipping in circles around the house. Will report my completion :D
