I take up a hobby. Keeps my mind busy. When that fails, I make a cup of tea (w/milk and sugar) and then it's time to head to bed before the stomach thinks more is coming.

Wow. I guess I live in a sheltered world. Actually I don't go on the boards that much. I am on today and I like what I see, but I haven't touched upon a touchy subject.
