In for Sexypants AND Sanity. I found Eat, Train, Progress. two days ago and I am already feeling less daunted by my goals.

Very inspirational video. You are brave for putting it all out there! I also have severe anxiety problems that sometimes make me avoid even hanging out with good friends. It's great that you know what you need to do and you are finding a community that will support you!

I went from a D to a DD in the past year, which was clearly from weight gain. I actually bought a minimizer bra because they were driving me nuts. The last time I lost a significant amount of weight, I went from 240 to 195 and from a D to a C. I would love a B or a C. I currently have to wear two sports bras if I even want…

You guys are such an inspiration! Through all my years of gaining and losing weight, I had always thought I was lucky to gain weight somewhat proportionately. But in the last year, all of my weight gain seems to be in my lower belly/butt region! It's great to see the success you've all had. I know I can do it!

Thanks for the inspiration! I agree- I am done with "diets" and ready to start actually making a lifestyle change!

Wow! Congrats! I am trying to lose weight to lessen the chance of infertility due to my weight. You really are an inspiration. Best wishes for a healthy pregnancy!

In 3 months, I'd like to be down at least 15 pounds and back into the pair of jeans I outgrew last month! In a year, I'd like to be under 200 pounds and have half the courage required to wear a bathing suit.

Great job! What an inspiration!

I need help! I feel like I'm starting all over again. I just reset my weight ticker and it's 20 pounds higher than it was when I joined last year :( I need motivation to stick with it for good this time!

Everyone has done such a great job! This is a really inspirational thread! I can't wait to post pictures when I start making progress.

I need some motivation! I have been yo-yoing for all of my adult life, but it's time to stick with it! I recently hit my heaviest weight ever and it was a wake-up call. I look forward to hearing from all of you! Please add me and let's make each other accountable. We can do this!

Very inspiring! I've had some success with 30DS but I have always had problems with motivation (who hasn't?). You're definitely a motivation if I ever saw one! Thanks for posting, and best of luck for continued success!
