I shave them with a razor, sometimes i use wax or lasers to remove the hair. it depends on my mood.

Well there is a saying that i was told "how do you eat an elephant? bite by bite" in other words it takes time and two weeks is not enough time for your bodies metabolism to even adjust to the reduced calorie intake. keep going, give it months not weeks and you should get there!

Hi i use a standard protein shake mixed with milk. BSN- SYNTHA6 vanilla. The carbs aren't too low but its helping me lose weight anyway.

if you're going from a sedentary lifestyle to doing exercise i think the wii is great to prevent injury and ease you in gently. After you become a superhero in the gym it may not have the same effect but its still better than doing nothing.
