I am addicted to Civilization 4. I also spend time playing Guildwars with my husband. Each Sunday, we play pen-and-paper role playing games like D&D with a group of friends. Anyone else game sans computer?

You're probably already doing this, but I'll mention it just in case-- weigh and measure your food, don't just eyeball it. It may seem to some that this can't be all that important, but it is. Most of us can't trust our eyes.

Sunday dinner is my weekly cheat meal, but I still have to be careful. If I have too much white flour and sugar (cookies!), I have to fight hard against cravings for the next several days. No fun.

I freelance. I love that I work from home (or wherever), set my own schedule, and am my own boss. I hate that the amount of work (and money) I get each week fluctuates wildly.

Two things that can really mess up the math: not measuring your food accurately, and trusting the exercise calories burned from MFP without checking them against a heart rate monitor
