I agree about getting a heart rate monitor. I used to record my "wii zumba" based on what the wii told me I burned and found out it was actually 1/3 of what I thought. This is what I tend to do. Some days I am not hungry enough to eat my exercise calories but I aim for 50% when ever possible and some days I eat back almost all.

At this point I will be happy once I get back into Onderland. It's been about 18 years since I have been down that low. Once I get back I will re-evaluate. I think I would like to get down to 150 but also don't know how I would look at that weight. So far I have lost 42 lbs.

Once I discovered that my Non fat, no whip Venti white mocha was I thinkg 450 cals, I stopped getting them. I actually gave myself a free day yesterday and decided to have one. It was actually really gross and sweet! Yay!!!! Anyway, I switched to a Venti Non Fat, Sugar Free Vanilla American Misto and it's 88 cals.

I do everything by weight when ever possible. For example, if the bag of carrots say 35 calories for 85 g, I measure out 85 grams. I don't always log my foods but I log in every day and post on my status or my friends status. I find that by logging in, even if my food choices aren't perfect, I am still being aware of it and my friends will say something that will kick me back into where I should be.

I don't mind the big ticker but what I have done is added mini goals in my profile. I have the date and how many down I want to be. It definitely is hard seeing how much I have to lose so I find this helps.
