Light spin in the rain today and froze my *kitten* off! It reminded me that I don't like to ride in the rain this time of year...learn the hard way! :noway: 13.28 miles, mtd 193.71.

^^ I had a Thanksgiving day ride too and was happy I made it home! 11.56 miles at morp speed (at least for me), mtd 180.43. Cutting it close to reach my goal!

The plan is to get in a Thanksgiving ride with the so, and log food up until t dinner. I want enjoy all the foods, but not overstuff myself.

My meal the night before a big ride seems to help carry me through along with oatmeal and fruit before. Sometimes, I'll carry a bar, gel, or cytomax. Good luck and enjoy!

I felt like I needed a rest day, but we're supposed to get rain later this week, so I took advantage of the weather while it was good. 4.26 mile run with the dogs after work, mtd 130.37.
