  • Try drinking some of your calories. Juicing and smoothies can help with that. Bulk them up with greek yogurt and milk (soy and almond milk are both great options). I'm not sure where those fit in with being on a paleo diet, but are just some suggestions. Good luck!
  • I have, but not consistently. I think it's a great total body workout and an excellent way to work up to P90X (mind you, my perpetual laziness didn't let me get that far).
  • I know exactly how you feel and I know how hard it is to shake the feelings of frustration. I've been eating my emotions for so many years and there are times I feel so disgusted with myself, but it never seems to be enough to make a change. Your definitely not alone.
