My only point was how NOW the marketing peeps are getting all "GLUTEN FREE" happy, when the item had no gluten in it to begin with. They are just using it to get people to buy it. They are walking along in the store and see it and they are like "Oh wow...this is now gluten free...I have to buy it!!" **I thought I…

What what what?!?!?! I am at the end! :( Need more....please!

I chow down the gluten and the dairy... There seem to be a lot more people that suddenly want to be gluten free....cause it's a new "fad" thing. If you have issues with gluten...then yeah don't eat it. If you think that you will lose weight by going gluten free...you need to do some more research :) What really gets to me…

I am into lifting :D I do HIIT cardio for 20mins, then followed by at least an hour of circuit lifting. I'm dripping sweat from about 7mins into the HITT until I am walking out the door of the gym. I do: decline chest flies - 15# (going to up it to 20) 15 reps x 4 sets calf press - full stack (205#) 20 reps x 4 sets hack…

Ok, I looked over your food dairy (last week or so)...you need to eat fewer carbs and less sodium and more protein. You also need to be drinking more water. (at least 8 cups a day) You also need to eat breakfast. Your body has been fasting while you were asleep. You need to jump start your day with some protein and healthy…

Try some HIIT cardio...it's a great fat burner!

You can't spot reduce, and you can't decide where fat can't leave from. Breasts are mostly made of fat....you lose fat....you may lose breasts. Sad but true... A lot of it depends on your genes as well.

I know that I had no clue how many calories a lunch at Taco Bell had...I mean I would eat a burrito, a taco and a giant nachos and I had no clue that I had just consumed almost half my daily allowance in calories. People don't care to get educated...they don't really see the point. I had a friend that was totally against…

Here is mine: I started out weighing right at 200lbs. I started using MFP when I got down to 186ish. This is a photo of the first 16lbs lost When I started to lift weights: Back progress: Lowest weight: 151.8 And here I am feeling hot in a bathing-suit...first time in a long time! I now weigh less than I did before I had…

I read the first page...nothing else. So this may have been covered... I fully believe it is because overly processed food is so much cheaper. We are a family of 5...when we were unhealthy we could get away with spending about $100 every 2 wks in groceries. It was all boxed/canned = overly processed crap. Now that we are…

Oh and do you actually know how many calories you should be consuming (aside from what MFP has set up for you)? A lot of people eat too few calories...

I find it funny that SO MANY PEOPLE post about how other people are wrong and how other people shouldn't say this or shouldn't say that. It's called the internet...it's not called your living room, or your rules. When people post something or ask for an opinion, they will get a multitude of them...some may be right, others…
