I drink my tea and coffee black too but I still log them. Really just because I like to be able to see everything I've consumed, not because i'm concerned about the odd calorie from them.

That's great @Womona I am really hoping to see similar things happen. The thing about drinking is it's not just the extra calories from a glass or two of wine but the junk you eat to go along with it, or the lack of control when it comes to food, so I totally get you. It's interesting to see people mention their "triggers"…

When I'm on it usually 4-6 times a week. right now though not so much, but getting NYE out the way and then it's back to the gym. Have a couple of thing booked in for the next week so hopefully that will kickstart motivation.

I'd like to do 5km a week so i'll go for 20km for the month and see how I get on, I have been out of the habit for the past few weeks and I wasn't very good then anyway haha.

I am hoping to cut back drastically (or cut out altogether) on my alcohol consumption next year, starting with Dry January, but secretly aiming i'll keep it up after that.

I'm going to be doing dryanuary too, with the hopes of keeping it up throughout the year (taking it one month at a time though...)
