  • Hi Jill, I just started MFP and so far doing so so lol... I know that God wants me to exercise a little self control - which is a fruit of the Spirit - so why does it not come naturally to me if the Spirit is in me? Hard not to feel guilty.

  • Hi, I'm in Portland ME - I live near Baxter Boulevard so if there are people nearby who want to walk (any pace) it would be great to meet up with you! I would love to become one of those "runners" (I have heard of them anyway) - anyone game? I'm really starting from scratch.
