Check out Target. They have some of the stretchy/nylon material tanks that are really long. I'm 5'10" and those tanks covered my whole belly and then some.

Same problem here! Damn jumping jacks! Embarassing and annoying- gotta remember those kegels. :)

Amazing! And super motivating!

I literally laughed out loud with this one!! Every diaper time we sing the clean heiney and giney song. (Never thought I'd have to spell that one out... lol!) Funny story: my brother has a 3 1/2 year old boy. He likes to kick his daddy in the junk. My brother has been trying to use the proper name for his parts but my…

Oh and that time frame would allow me to get my body back and enjoy it for a few months! :)

Just reading this thread makes me want another one! My LO is 14 weeks and just a doll! She's not the best sleeper or eater but a good baby. I would love another but I just remember how paranoid I was with my last pregnancy (it was my first also). Constantly worried, is baby moving too much, not enough, am I hurting the…

I've been trying to cardio, cardio and some strength training. I have 10 lbs to get to my pre-preg weight (I'm 14 weeks pp). I think getting back in to shape will help with the weight but getting toned back up is proving to be a challenge. I'm with Chicky, some days I'm just not trying hard enough. Eventually, I'll get…

love it- welcome to the wonderful world of getting excited about baby poop, asking tons of questions about what's right/wrong and lack of sleep! I agree about getting the forums more active- you can tell we're all a little preoccupied with new babies! Less time to chat!

I agree with Chicky- it's not too late. Read up on some sleep training blogs or books. Every parent and child is different. You just have to find a method you're comfortable with and stick to it. It's not easy but I'm sure your back and brain will appreciate it in the long run. Good luck mama!

Just messaged you :)

Most importantly, like everyone mentioned, you are still healing. Remember to listen to your body. I didn't feel up to exercising or doing anything beyond what was necessary until 5 wks pp. I started running again by 8 wks pp. Keep an eye on the bleeding and make sure to talk to your dr. Congrats on the little and hooray…

Chicky- keep the faith mama!! Once I finally started to crack and decided I was going to be pregnant forever--- I went into labor haha!

Yes congrats to all the Oct/Nov mommies!!! Thanks for sharing your stories and experiences!

Caitlin Drew's birth story... finally :) I woke up Monday (11/5) around 3 am sick as a dog with horrible upper abdominal pain. I could not get comfortable- sitting, standing, laying, couldn't keep anything down, just basically miserable. I had a 41 wk 2 day ultrasound at noon that I barely made. Baby didn't really move…

I'll get my story posted tomorrow! Congrats to you all! Jls and Kerr- thanks for sharing. I can't believe how different all of stories are- all exciting and amazing. Caitlin Drew was born 11/6/12 at 12:16 PM- 9 days late!

Me too... except I'm to the point where I don't want to eat anything. I feel like I'm back in the first tri and have to force myself to eat. So when I do... those Snickers are doing the trick. Oopsie- I guess I don't really care at this point. I was due Sunday so I figure I'm on borrowed baby time- eat what I want, while I…

Good luck Kerr!!! Can't wait to hear about your bundle of joy! :) Congrats Faug- you're little man is adorable! Oh Jls- I got really excited Saturday because the baby was moving up a storm and I swear I felt her drop more... No dice. Went to the dr. Monday and I still don't have a "favorable" cervix- hard and anterior. I…

I'm a New Years baby so I understand the holiday thing. My birthday is a week after Christmas but my parents were always amazing about separating the two. I have a feeling a Halloween baby is not out of the question for me. I was hoping for the baby to come early, but I'm pretty much out of time with that one! Due 10/28...…

So exciting about Jovie! Congrats!!! JLS- sounds about the same for me! Sleep is hit or miss for me. I've been kind of in a daze lately. I got made fun of at work for being "mentally tired." Apparently, I wasn't making much sense while talking all morning! I have been going twice a week to the dr because of my blood…

That's so awesome!! What an emotional roller coaster for you though- holy cow!!!

Faug- I mentioned this in the 3rd tri board- but positive thoughts and prayers coming your way. Baby boy will be here soon enough. Enjoy your last weekend alone, mama. :) JLS- same blood pressure issue here. Up in the beginning of the appointment and down by the end. I have to go in quite a bit to get checked but, oh well.…

No names for us either... I'm due in 9 days! (Yay single digits!) We have a short list but nothing decided on. My husband has a first name that he's liked for months but I keep changing my mind. We have the middle name narrowed down to two. I'm hoping that whole "you'll know when you see her" rings true because I don't see…

Lots of positive thoughts and prayers coming your way, Mama! I know it's not your ideal situation but either way that beautiful baby boy will be here Monday! Have a great weekend and enjoy your last one on one time with DH!

Same movements here! I don't get the hiccups much but nice slow, stretching movements all the time. It's like she's doing yoga in there! Oh, and I can't wait to be able to recline or lay back again. As soon as I lean back, my lungs are being smashed! I thought once she dropped it'd get better... not so much!

JLS- nursing bra shopping wasn't exactly fun but I did find some. Target has a decent selection for larger sizes. I was able to get 2 sleeping bras (which I've been wearing as regular bras around the house). My boobs are comfortably sitting on my belly so I don't exactly need the extra support right now! I also picked up a…

The only thing that helped with my heartburn was milk. I drank a few glasses of milk with every meal that had too much acid in it. I carry Tums around with me all the time- those are great. I've also tried not to eat too close to bedtime because reclining or laying down always amplified the burn. Good luck- I hope you find…

I was actually just laughing at myself yesterday because I make sound effects for almost every movement. Getting up off the couch is super fun (or really just getting up period). Rolling over in bed is a job... not only is the rolling part hard but then I have to readjust all of my pillows! Getting in and out of the car…

I head to my 36 week appointment tomorrow for the Group B test. I'm not sure if I'll get an exam at that point so we shall see. Jillsie- I hope you progress right along. I've been having menstrual cramp type cramping almost every morning this week. It's a bit uncomfortable but doesn't last for too long. I'm not a fan but I…

Basically this same answer for both. :) The breathing has been quite a problem for me lately. I can't lay down on my back or recline a whole lot. It's so fun. There are times when I'm just walking around that it happens too. Darn baby squishing my organs. :)
