QOD: What is your "go to" or fun workout. I would have to say ZUMBA....I love to dance and if I'm not in the mood I just put in a Zumba DVD even if I start off with small movements after a couple of minutes I'm shaking my thing all out lol....By the end of the workout I feel great

I personally have no issue with it but from my experience the pills always seem to work only for a little while and you still have to make that concerted effort to change for healthier habits... as for surgery I would wish if persons could do it the long way because of all the side effects but for some that is a hard pill…
