I had to stop shredding cause I hurt my knee....I'm not sure if I should start back...I like the workout but some of the exercises are just hard on my knees and I end up have to substituting alot of things...

Level 2 Day 1 done!! Its definitely kicked my butt!!! I swear burpees are exercises from hell...the lunges were too much for my knees and the walking push ups well hmmmm....Lets just say I will do better tomorrow :blushing:

Was hoping to end this month strong...but at least I lost 3 pounds which is the most I've lost in any month so far...I start of really good but then TOM always sends my results in a tail spin.... I weigh in at 175 lbs.....this week was very interesting I had gained 2 pounds by Wednesday and by Saturday I had lost them again....hopefully this week will be better...

I use two cans of peas that about just over 2lbs...I plan on getting 3lb weights to start with
