thighs thighs thighs... especially my inner thighs. I don't think the excess fat there will ever go away.

I never eat my exercise calories back, but if I go over my calorie allowance (pre-exercise calories) I don't beat myself up over it. I have lost 46 pounds so far. But, everyone is different. Do some experimenting :) Try eating them back for a month or two, if you're not satisfied, try NOT eating them back for a month or…

Chicken Breast (cooked every which way) Broccoli (Mmmm nothing better than plain steamed broccoli) Apple (keeps the doctor away, or at least keeps my belly full each mid afternoon) Pistachios (and other nuts - i eat TOO many nuts) Green Tea with Bluberry & Acai Berry (with a little bit of FF milk or vanilla almond milk,…

Bacon wrapped dates are so incredibly delicious. They taste like candy... fatty candy, ha. If anyone I knew was hosting a bacon party, I sure as heck would use that as an off day and enjoy my bacon. One day isn't going to kill you. Do the dates! You won't regret it :)

Wasps! And eyeballs... and getting stung in the eyeball by a wasp :( It's enough to bring me to tears if I think about it long enough

I cut all of those out at once before and it was fantastic. I felt great, I lost weight, and I was eating great food. That was a few months back. I have recently added dairy back in and SMALL amounts of wheat. I still feel good. It was a good cleanse though to eliminate those things. Not saying everyone should or everyone…

@TheRightWeigh Your glasses are very bold and unique. Love it. You might be a fun quirky confident guy :)

I just go without butter. It's not really necessary for anything... Are you looking for substitute when cooking? baking? eating on bread? Butter IS bad for you when you eat more than just a little bit. The sat fat is through the roof. Just in my opinion though :) Good luck with a substitute that satisfies you :)

@soccerella I see Melanie Griffith! In her good years, no now. Please take it as a compliment ha, she looks horrid right now. But was very beautiful some years back

you've done it before, you can do it again. Simple as that :) Set smaller goals. Get excited when you lose the first 5, then 10, then 20, etc... you can do it :) Good luck!

bump I need tips too, if there are any, because I am in the exact same boat! Very frustrating. I need to stop losing from the waist up and just lose on my thighs now :)

I hate hearing this. EVERYONE has been a noobie at one point. I just started at a new gym last week and was afraid of the "look at that noobie getting a head start for new years." When in actuality, it has nothing to do with the time of year, I have been changing my life for the better for the past 6 months. I started with…

I'm not a runner, I only just started, literally a week ago, but I prefer the treadmill. I am not able to run for long periods of time (yet) so I need the treadmill to tell me when to go hard and when to walk. I use the interval setting and run for a set amount of time, and walk for a set amount of time. If I were running…

She is amazing, I have yet to make something that was not delicious. Here's her link: http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/

I did day 2 of level 2 this morning. Oh my lanta its hard. I love it though. Level 1 started out hard for me, but by the end, I was almost bored with it. I could get through the workouts (Watching Natalie) and barely breaking a sweat. But when I did day 1 of level 2 yesterday, I about died. I am hoping it gets easier. I am…

I gained weight at first, about 3.5 pounds, but it came off a pound a day few days later. Just stick with it. When your muscles are torn and sore, your body retains more water to heal them. When you are no longer sore, you will notice the weight falling off again. Just keep it up! :)

bump I'm new to working out. Lost 41 pounds just by eating better. Now that I have started working out a couple weeks ago, I have started to gain slowly. I'm not too worried because I've heard other people say the same thing. I am interested to learn more about the process though and how long it will take before I start…

I appreciate your response. 91 pounds is incredible for a years work. Congratulations, I am really happy for you. I like what you said "you might as well be getting healthy as anything else" that's very true. I will look through your photos and snatch a couple to put in my inspiration folder for him. Thank you so much. I…

I drink Body Fortress Optimum Whey Protein Powder. The chocolate is fantastic with water, the vanilla is okay, better with a milk choice though. The chocolate peanut butter is good also. Good luck :)
