Easy.....spice cake mix and a can of pure pumpkin. Mix together and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Can be made into either muffins or bread! After yesterday I opted not to shred this morning. I upped my weights yesterday, then spent all day at work in first aid/cpr training! Needless to say my shoulders went on strike today!!! But I jumped on the treadmill instead and will be back shredding tomorrow!!

Level 3 day 2 for me.....was actually able to do 2 "real" walking push ups!! She's still killin' me with the rock star jumps though....me thinks me knees doth protest!

I have JM's Killer Buns and Thighs, 6 Week six pack, and Extreme Shed and Shred. I'm thinking of diving into buns and thighs and maybe mixing in the others here and there. But WILL continue to get my butt up everyday to exercise!!

I just couldn't do day 10 today....jumped on the treadmill for 45 minutes instead! Tomorrow I will tackle level 2 day 10!

I took my Swai (cut into strips) and a few sprays of olive oil, garlic, onion, peppers, and spices and cooked them in a hot skillet and made fish tacos!! Quite yummy!

Guess in my opinion...a bit longer than a few weeks. I've been hovering around the same weight (within 1-2 pounds) for almost a year. I would go with the number MFP gives you. Are you eating back your exercise calories? You need to fuel your body for exercise...not starve it!
