I have found that somedays I need to wear my knee brace. But if you listen to JM and do the exercises as she does you shouldn't have problems!

After reading some of the replies I went and checked my own diary!!! WOW...what an eye opener....guess I should take a better look at it daily!! I am low almost daily on my protein! AND...I LOVE cottage cheese...what a great reason to eat more!! So glad I read this thread! Thanks!

I made this Saturday!!!! OMG....where has it been all my life!! I ate some of it warm...good, then put the rest in the fridge!! OOOOO...I love it cold too!!! Ate it with some Simply Naked Pita chips....yummmmm....I like the idea of trying it on my sandwiches..hmmm!! Thanks for the recipe!

Congrats!!! Just had my wedding rings sized down a full size. Was wearing them on my middle finger and hubby said can we finally get them sized!! So I did!!

While I know it may be hard, ignore them. Eat what you want not what they want you to eat. Hopefully they will get the hint and let you be. Tell them politely, no thank you I have my own meals! Good luck.

I must say...I do dress for myself, but mostly for my husband. If I put on something I think I look great it and he says it doesn't....I don't wear it. Greek yogurt with a tablespoon of cocoa powder and possibly some sweetener (i don't use it..but some do)...mix together, place in freezer for 45-60 minutes....enjoy! I use vanilla greek yogurt....or strawberry! YUMMY

I'm not sure if a fitbit will help you out of your plateau....but I love mine! When I see those number of steps I think...,I can do more! I mix it with salsa and eat it with pita chips! Plus I like it just with pepper and a pinch of salt! I think I'm addicted to it!! LOL

I hit a plateau for 6 months and changed up what I ate and that seemed to spark something that got the weight coming off again. How much water do you drink a day? Also.....watch the fat content in foods! I buy low-fat or fat free...never full fat. Good luck
