  • This is what I use for a food diary. Between the thought of adding whatever I eat in, plus my friends on here seeing it, MFP always crosses my mind when I am thinking about eating something. I'd definitely say it helps. This works for me, but physically writing it down may further reinforce the effects. Worth a shot!…
  • I've been sticking to vinaigrette (even though I love honey mustard and ranch) because it isn't high in calories, and it's still got a good full flavor to it. I put it on a salad with turkey cubes, banana peppers, some crumbled cheese and maybe some olive slices. It's pretty good like that and usually under 200 calories.
  • You know, I generally like to keep track of calories in the drinks I have, but there are those few nights when you just have to let it go, or your calorie count will be one more thing you regret in the morning haha

  • I also practice Wing Chun. What I've been doing is logging time that's just the open hand forms as 'Tai Chi', and putting freestyle dummy and drills under 'Martial Arts'. I don't know how accurate it is, but I figure it's close.
