  • Considering I can't even get any real information on their website without buying something or giving them my details, I would stay away from it. It doesn't even give you a real idea on what the plan is. How can anybody really research if it's even right for them? Oh, because it's all about selling a product.
  • I'm sorry but they are waaaaaayyyyy overpriced and they don't do anything special. I have a pair of running tights from Aldi that I paid £7.99 for a few years ago and they still look brand new. They are no longer comfy though because they fall down, lol. I have Nike, Brooks, and Karrimor and a few other brands. I love Nike…
  • It is def the heat! I went running today pushing my baby and it was hot and I felt like I was struggling. I also felt very slow but I did pace myself. I'm going to make sure to keep running in this weather so I can get used to it. I have a 10K to run at the end of the month! Baby free though, lol! and no matter, that's a…
  • Amazing! well done! Hope you come back next year to celebrate with us all on your 10 year cancer free anniversary. I can't wait to celebrate with you and see your goal pics. I have no doubt you will be at goal!
  • I can't offer any help but just wanted to say....WOW! Amazing job and commitment!
  • I don't have sugar problems but I do track and try not to go over my sugar allowance. When you exercise, you are allowed more sugar. I believe the daily max recommended sugar level is 50 and that is the max. You should be fine upping it a bit.
  • Feel free to add me....my story so far.... I'm 41 and have been overweight for at least 19 years, I got to 258.8 pounds! When I looked at how much weight I needed to lose for my height, I was so upset. I needed to lose 130 pounds and it was depressing. But then as mentioned above, I broke them down into smaller goals. I…
  • I still have about 38 pounds to go but the strangest thing to me is getting some young kids pip their horn at me when I'm out running. Makes me feel like a teenager. My hunky husband is always grabbing my behind and is always telling me he has to do a double take when he sees me walking by. Makes my heart go boom! I no…
  • You can burn just as many calories as you would with running depending on your intensity. Just don't stick to level one. You need to get the resistance up. Fat burn, random, and hill climb are really good and get your heart rate up. Whatever you do, do NOT buy a cheap one, you will not be happy. You want a good one that's…
  • I have heard enell keeps them from moving.i was a dd and I loved my shock absorber d+ level 4 bra.
  • I just found out that I'm pregnant, 5 weeks. I'm upping my calories and I'm sure I will need to go up a bit more. I have changed my goals and my weight loss is on hold but I do plan on continuing with logging. I need to in order to keep me from going off the deep end. I'm not concerned about gaining weight but will log my…
  • Amazing results! I love success stories like this because it gives me more courage to start lifting....but I have to wait about 9 months plus recovery time now!
  • I don't get cheat days. Are you eating enough food? I wonder if that's why you go overboard on a cheat day or weekend. I eat the foods I love and have no urge to have a cheat day. This is a lifelong journey, don't deprive yourself, just keep it within your calorie goals.
  • Dairy wasn't my issue, it was my baby's. I had been breastfeeding for a few months with no weight loss. That only came after eliminating dairy. However, as I mentioned, I wasn't working on getting healthy so my calorie consumption was high. When I cut out dairy, I had to cut everything out with it like my chocolate chip…

  • I have never studied nutrition but I had to cut out dairy due to breastfeeding my dairy and soya allergic baby. I lost 30 pounds in about 4 months just cutting out diary. When we finished breastfeeding, I started eating dairy again and gained 40 pounds! I wasn't a member here back then nor was I working on getting healthy.…

  • Met my husband online. He lived in England and I was in the states. Never thought we would meet let alone get married! Just celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary in March. I think the most important things for online dating is safety and red flags. Always meet publicly and don't get into a car alone until you have a…
  • This is the exact reason why you don't "diet". Being healthy and getting there is a lifelong journey. Your food lifestyle MUST be sustainable. You don't deprive yourself of foods you like, just eat them in moderation and load the plate with veggies. If your foods were really bad, find a makeover recipe. I don't understand…
  • Sugar is sugar, wether its refined or unrefined. Obviously, one is natural but your liver can't tell the difference. I try to stay within my goal and rarely go over but I do exercise 6 days a week
  • I read your topic before going out for my run. All my running music is Christian based and when this song by Britt Nicole came on, I instantly thought of you. It's called...Walk On The Water You look around It's staring back at you Another wave of doubt Will it pull you under You wonder What if I'm overtaken What if I…
  • As a Christian, give your cares and worries to God. He is there for you in good times and bad. I've been through some horrific crap in my life but my faith keeps me fighting strong. I could have easily become a statistic but I fought my emotions and feelings. It was so hard at first but you get through it. It's not all in…
  • I run simply because I love it, don't need a cause
  • It's about making the right choice. I don't order out but will buy a ready made pizza from the store. I choose a plain thin crust stone baked pizza. I eat half the pizza that is about 400 calories and have half a plate of veggies. Filling and satisfying!
  • If the belly is where you are holding the most fat, it will be the last to go. Inches fly off my chest and hips but my waist takes twice the amount of weight loss to lose an inch. Just keep going and it will go
  • That's like 260 calories in 2 tbsps. You could have a filling breakfast for that like oatmeal.
  • There are so many success stories on this board! Amazing inspiration! I know it seems daunting at the beginning but it does get easier as you go along and see the numbers drop. I am 8.8 pounds away from reaching 100 pounds lost but my goal is 130 to lose! A whole person! I just remember seeing that number at the beginning…
  • That is a crazy amount of money to spend on something you're going to sweat in. TK Maxx gets some really cute gear in for a fraction of the cost. If I buy the right size, mine don't budge...until they get too big. $80 for pants? Nuts! PS they are also sold in the UK for about £80!!!!! Even worse because that is about $130!…
  • Awesome that you are working out and that you keep going back! I am the biggest at my body combat class but I never miss a beat and I'm right there jumping and kicking just as much as the fit ladies and then I notice very thin ladies struggling to keep up or improvising. It was hard looking at myself in those mirrors but…
  • Love my unsweetened almond milk, don't like all the sugar in milk even though it is natural.

Achieved 18 March 42 pounds to goal of 125 Success thus far due to consistent logging of food and getting off my butt daily to be active. My…
  • Feel a bit silly but I'm reading more and it's my understanding that I don't need to eat this much protein until I actually start lifting. Going to keep learning and be prepared. Will give me some time to sort out my foods and some great recipes. Eh, we all start somewhere, lol
