How much are you exercising? They say if you are over-training your appetite will decrease, mine did and I rested up and got back on the exercise wagon gradually and now my appetite is fine, again. And you're already on a deficit at 1500 calories and that's supposed to help you lose x amount of lbs a week. If you are exercising away 200-300 calories that's putting your total net calories at 1200-1300 a day, because you are not eating back your calories your using through exercise. I'm a ways away from maintenance but if you have a heart rate monitor that way you can get a better look at how many calories your burning throughout the day that would give you a better estimate on how many calories you should probably eat on top of your BMR.
