Every day, even the days that I wake up late. I don't skip meals. I often don't go over 500 calories for breakfast, but it's usually around 300-400 calories. Occasionally, I'll have pancakes, waffles, or french toast, but usually it's a fruit smoothie with greens mixed in or oatmeal with fruits, nut butter, and/or nuts.
