I'm 89kg, and I burn 190 - 205 calories on level 1, using only 1kg weights, and doing 'girly' pushups. Hope that helps!

Day 8 today... Finding it hard to get motivated...think i'm getting sick, red throat and all :sad: Perhaps if i ignore it, it'll go away?!!! Oooh i'm starting C25K this week too! And hoping to do Race For Life in June! Snap! Where are you doing it? I'm in London atm, so will be doing it here!

I'm in! I'll be doing 30DS every morning, then rotating between C25K, and a couple of workouts i've found whilst browsing through these threads, for the evening workout. I use a HRM, and I was burning between 400 & 600 calories a session with Bikram. Many factors influenced that number, including the heat of the room and my energy levels on the day. Obviously each person would be different, depending on fitness level, weight etc..... (I'm 169cm, 90kg to give you an idea if you may be…

I just completed day 6, and I still find the push ups hard too. Today I did 3 full pushups in the first round before going to my knee's.... 2nd round, not so easy!! Did one full push up, then only just managed to finish the set on my knee's!! Day 7 tomorrow. Let's have it! Gonna start the C25K this week too... Anyone else…

Day 4 for me today. Had to do it twice today (which wasn't too bad!) as I missed yesterday due to migraine. Ouch Bring on day 5! :-) I think I need to get heavier weights! My HRM hasn't given me a reading that high yet! (I use leg weights, which I hold. Not actually sure how heavy they are!! I guess i should find out...)…

It's a Jillian Michaels DVD, that consists of 20 minute workouts. There are 3 levels, so you gradually work your way up. I only did my first sesh today, and it seems like it's going to be pretty good! Will report more in a few weeks!! Of course you can join! Welcome :-) I can't wait for the aches tomorrow.... Or not. :-P
