Liking workout? In it's own way. I like the results, but hate the process. But i almost everyday put my earbuds on, audiobook on and will ride uphills for a few hours.

I was suggest cutting all the crap food, no food with sugar, only water (not even tea), and trying to mountain not less than 1000 colories a day and not more than 1200 colories. I love sweets, but really, it isn't that hard to keep yourself from eating them. You just stop eating them, and you won't crave it anymore after ~3 days. At least it works for me.
