Here is a video I shot this past May from Moab, UT using my GoPro Hero 3. I used the chest mount. I readjust the angle of the camera about a minute into the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D0oBWo6DkGs Kenneth, what do you use for editing for videos? I tried downloading the GoPro software but I had issues installing so…

Read the website, it will answer most of your questions. When I started getting into lifting I started with SL 5x5. Even though I know I could lift more than what I started with I started light to really focus on form before it got heavy. I would suggest starting with the bar. I would also suggest following the program as…

Like others have said, I recommend starting with SL5x5. It is a great program to get you started into heavy lifting and easy to follow. I lift alone, you just have to be mindful. There are a few times I have sacrificed a few reps because I didn't have a spotter but I am not going to stress about it.

Blueberry is great but I would not say the best. A good apple pie is hard to beat.

I workout alone, I like it but sometimes it would be nice to have a spotter and I don't want to bother others at the gym

Mountain bike!!! I have ridden a few trails in WV and if you get into it a road bike or CX won't last. If you are riding off road don't do it with anything else than a MTB IMO

My gym is the same way. We have a power cage and a squat rack and I never have an issue with using either. Lot's a Bro's working those Bi's though! I think a lot of people are intimidated to squat or deadlift.

It's always the same people in those threads, you would think they would get tired of each other

I am not going to say all Pro sports, but don't be surprised if the NFL moves to flag or touch football in the next 10 years. We are becoming a society of pansy's!

You definitely won't get the benefits you would with BB and plates

Seems a bit off for me. I usually run my tire pressure between 19-21psi depending on the conditions. The worse the conditions the lower the tire pressure...

After about the 1st week it becomes more routine. But I don't think it ever gets easy. I have been doing this for a year and there are days where I am fighting to get out of bed. Usually I will lay there and say another hr of sleep would be great but then start giving myself a guilt trip.
