^lol, not sure that's a compliment but I sure liked it hahaha

#4 All the way... force yourself for about a week no matter how much it sucks. You want to train your subconscious to form this behaviour into a habit and then you'll actually want to go in the mornings. I used to hate going in the mornings and then I forced myself to and started training that way fasted for about a month.…

You can manually set it like others have stated... but a 40/40/20 split isn't very conducive to bodybuilding, I would suggest at least 50% coming from carb sources but 55-60 is ideal. 55/25/20 is much more successful and healthy... unless of course there is a specific health reason as to why you would lower the carbs so…

Those BBC GAAIIIIIIINZ!? Hodgetwins anyone? lmao

Or he's like Jack Nicholson in "As Good As It Gets" Girl- "How do you write women so well?" Jack- "I think of a man, and I take away reason and accountability." *Don't worry so much about it, television and film have ruined our perceptions of what a partner is supposed to act/look like. Lust can turn into love, but…

lol what's college age? I'm 27 and in college for Bachelor of Human Kinetics... add me if I'm not too old :p

This is ridiculous, and nursing students have next to zero training in nutrition (same with doctors). This is why there is a completely separate career called "Dietitian." It amazes me that ppl still believe this meal timing fallacy. The only time you should stop eating while trying to lose weight is when you have hit or…

It depends what you're willing to do... you can start by only doing the lowering motion (negatives) of the push-up for awhile until you build enough strength from that to do a full range of motion push-up. I'll be honest though, everyone should be lifting weights... It's king for fat loss/toning. Contrary to belief it is…

^lol true, but not constructive. I know what it's like to have no one else to help you along the way, feel free to add me as I'm on here logging everyday. I don't believe in scolding ppl for not keeping on track but I do prefer to inspire or somewhat motivate others instead.

There is no rule, that's just a marketing ploy set out to sell super complex diet programs and supplements. Just eat less calories in a day than your body requires to maintain its weight and you will lose body fat regardless of what time of the day/night you eat. Keeping in mind that if you stress when you eat at night,…

Not sure if this was done yet but.....

Cheating on me?

I gotcha

I understand and respect what you're saying, but what you are talking about pertains more to beginners and powerlifters. "weight lifters" train their CNS in such a way that the body becomes more efficient in lifting the weight and not necessarily gaining muscle (hypertrophy). Having said this, neuromuscular adaptations…

I'm not new to lifting, I've been in a caloric deficit for nearly 2 months and I've lost about 5 lbs while somehow managing to increase 1/4" on my arms and breaking PR's. Don't believe the BS out there, It's been proven that experienced lifters can and do build new muscle tissue while on a caloric deficit naturally without…

Impressive, and very inspirational! Keep it up :D

Straight BB curls can be taxing because of the position it puts your wrists and elbows, DB curls or even Palms-Up Chins are excellent for Biceps and could possibly feel better for you :D Hope this helped. Don't use an EZ Curl Bar for Biceps... worst exercise ever for them and barely targets.

Probably chicken, brown rice, veggies, and salad.... or tuna sandwich if I get lazy lol

One of the least known bits of info about these "calories burned" trackers is that they include the amount of cals that your body would burn had you just been sleeping for that hour that you were actually running. Ex. say you burn 90 cals per hour for 24 hrs as a base rate = 2160 cals total to maintain weight. Now lets say…

This post makes me sad :( So many relationships that shouldn't be... are... and so many perfectly nice single peeps are out there lone wolfing it. If I had a gf or wife, and she was pregnant with "MY" baby... she would never look more beautiful to me! I would think she was even more gorgeous than she already is because of…
