I was diagnosed with hypothyroid. It’s tough but I found my body reacted well to minor reductions in calories better than larger reductions. If I reduced cals by 500 less per day I wouldn’t lose weight but if I reduced by about 250-300 I’d suddenly start losing... super weird but maybe give it a try?

Starting weight: 127 lbs Goal weight: 200 lbs Highest weight: 246 lbs Current weight: 229 lbs Original goal was to gain weight due to being underweight, went a little overboard on the bulking/lifting. Now every time I lose weight I end up putting it back on quickly due to stress. Goal now would be 190 lbs
